Returns & Refunds – Pulse Living

At Pulse Living, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.


📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
  • Personal care / hygiene-related products (if opened)

🔁 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Include your order number

We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.


💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Contact your payment provider
